Founder
Matthew served 15 years as an Officer in the Royal Australian Navy, 10 of which were as a Mine Warfare and Clearance Diving Officer, specialising in Reconnaissance and Mine Countermeasures. Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. Matthew has been involved in Capability across the full lifecycle both as a user and as a manager. Matthew is committed to providing meaningful employment opportunities to veterans which allows them to continue contributing to the ADF.
